Weekends require 2 night stay
Holidays require 3 night stay

Additional persons add $25.00 per night

You must be 21 years of age and have a credit card in your name to book the cabin.
No smoking inside home. Smoking permitted outside of home, ashtray provided on porch.
100% of payment due at time of booking reservation via a valid credit card.
During the winter months we do recommend a four wheel drive vehicle.

Cancellation Policy There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations.
30 days prior to reservation if cancellation occurs you will receive 100% of your payment minus the Cancellation fee of $50.00.
15 days prior to reservation if cancellation occurs you will receive 50% of your payment minus the Cancellation fee of $50.00.
7 days prior to reservation if cancellation occurs you will not receive a refund.
No refunds for early departures or inclement weather/loss of electric/acts of God
